I actually did have a problem resolved at Global the one time I used them for service. They were courteous but it took several visits to finally fix it. Toward the end of that ordeal I learned to take the car for a test-drive before accepting delivery (the oil light was coming on.)<br /><br />After 4 attempts they finally fixed it, but wouldn&#39;t provide paperwork or any evidence of what they actually fixed.
